Texas Junk Company

I just found out about this great looking junk store in Midtown:

The Texas Junk Company is located at 215 Welch in Houston near Montrose here in Houston.  The place gets rave reviews for being very well organized for a junk shop.   Their claim to fame might come in handy if you're headed to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo  or just honky tonkin', because they've got hundreds of pre-owned cowboy boots:

Owned for over 30 years by Robery Novotney, the store is a mix of boots, Texas themed general merchandise and vintage goodies. He's only open on Friday and Saturdays (maybe Thursdays, too, info online is a bit sketchy) and only takes cash or checks.
